What Remains of Edith Finch Full Game is a series of strange stories about a family in Washington state. It won Best Game at the 2018 BAFTA Game Awards and Best Narrative at the GDC 2018 Choice Awards, 2018 SXSW Gaming Awards, and The Game Awards 2017. You play as Edith and look for stories in the huge Finch house as she learns about her family past and tries to figure out why she is the only one of her family still alive. You can live through the life of a new family member on the day they die in each story. The stories range from very old times to the present day.

The Finches come in a lot of different styles, and so do the games and stories. There are only two things that are always the same: each story is told from the first-person point of view and ends with the death of a family member.

In the end, the game is about how it feels to be amazed and embarrassed by how big and unknown the world is. Giant Sparrow made it. They are the same people who made The Unfinished Swan, a first-person drawing game.
