You are about to enter a harsh survival horror game where you have to fight for your life against impossible odds. The horrible events at Arzt Memorial Hospital were just the start of the spread. As the disease spread through the city, police quickly lost their power. You are now stuck in a hellish landscape with only a few other people who have made it out alive. Find resources in the environment, fight zombies, and do anything else you need to in order to stay alive. You only get one life. Make it matter.
