After the death of his fake family, Lincoln goes to Sammy’s with Father James to get closure. But when they get there, they run into a crazy group that uses places of pain and loss for ritualistic killings and human sacrifices. With all-new cars, guns, and tools for police work, Lincoln goes deep into this violent and drug-filled world to stop the cult’s rule of terror and maybe even find his own peace.

• HUMAN SACRIFICEP: The Ensanglante cult is determined to bring justice and order back to New Bordeaux, and they think that violent practices are the only way to do this. They use a stimulant to control their members, which changes how they see the world and makes them violent killers.
• INVESTIGATING RITUAL SITES: By going to abandoned places all over the city, Lincoln will use his new research skills and tools to track down and write down the cult’s horrible activities. His trained spec ops eye will figure out their codes and find a secret base of operations in an old sanitarium off the coast of New Bordeaux.
• NEW TACTICS AND TOYS: The strange and cruel things that the Ensanglante cult does will make Lincoln lose his grip on reality. To stay one step ahead, he’ll have to use the brand-new slow-mo shooting method and fight with a wider range of weapons and vehicles. Getting rid of the Ensanglante cult would be good for the city and give Lincoln special things that no one else has.
• FROM THE ASHES: It was the best place to get a drink in the Hollow before the Marcanos burned it down. With some hard work, Lincoln will bring the bar back to its former glory and make it a must-see spot once more.
